DNA Testing
When a court order is entered for DNA testing on behalf of the parties by Illinois Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), you will be notified via mail as to the date and time from their office. DNA testing is done at:

You will be required to bring 2 forms of ID, and 1 form of ID for the child (if child is to be tested at same time).
