Paying at Local Banks / Credit Unions

Due dates for 2024 Real Estate Taxes, payable in 2025 are as follows:

• 1st Installment: Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

• 2nd Installment: Monday, August 18, 2025.

• 3rd Installment: Thursday, September 18, 2025.

• 4th Installment: Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Payments Made at Local Banks / Credit Unions

• The last day banks will accept payments for property taxes is Tuesday, November 18, 2025. After November 18, payments must be made in person in the Office of the Rock Island County Treasurer.

• Banks and Credit Unions do not accept credit/debit card payments.

• Taxpayers can choose from a number of Banks and Credit Unions within Rock Island County to make their real estate tax payments. This is not available for mobile home taxes. The following is a list of banks and their locations that accept Rock Island County real estate tax payments during their normal business hours:
